Herbs should not be grown in a garden, you can grow some of the herbs mentioned in the window boxes or even indoors. Growing organic herbs is a great way to have some natural remedies on hand for a series of complaints and you will be amazed at how it can work.

As with any herbal use common sense and always consult a doctor when necessary.

Basil (Ocimum basilicum)

Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea and E. angustifloia)
