In this economy it is no secret that it is much smarter to buy a used car from a new car. In fact, with a huge drop in the value of new cars would be an absolute fool to buy one. It can be very valuable to understand whether the vehicle has been in an accident, was stolen sometime, or has the right mileage on it.
